selling
Where we love is home – home that our feet may leave, but not our hearts.
Oliver Wendell Holmes
If you're looking to sell property in NSW there are a couple of steps you'll need to do before you can legally list your property on the market. To be able to list a property for sale in NSW you'll need to have a sale contract which thoroughly outlines all of the particulars and sale conditions of the property in accordance with current legislation.
You might also like to consider the terms under which you are happy to sell your property. For example, are you happy with a standard six week settlement or, do you need to settle sooner? What percentage of deposit are you happy to accept? 5% or 10%? These are all questions you may like to consider before you have your sale contract prepared and your property listed for sale.

We have used Mak conveyancing twice, both times just before Christmas. Mel was so fantastic, even during such a busy time of year she made the whole process easy and quick. When problems arose, Mel fixed them without us having to worry to make sure buying our new properties was an enjoyable and exciting time - as it should be. Thank you, we will always come back to you and recommend you to everyone.
